The mission of SIX•11 is called KINTSUGI

KINTSUGI, derived from Japanese Zen teachings, symbolizes the art of creating value from the pieces of a broken ceramic. This philosophy perfectly reflects our vision in restructuring and transformations, which aims not only to repair (restore) companies in challenging times but to enrich and strengthen them through our interventions. Similar to a broken teacup whose fragments are rejoined with precious metals like gold or silver in KINTSUGI, at SIX•11 Interim, we use resources and strategies to restore the unity and enhanced value of a company.

In Zen culture, gold symbolizes not only material wealth but also spiritual and emotional prosperity. Silver reflects the clarity and purity we bring to companies through our actions. The colors used in the repair also have deep meanings: black stands for protection, red for love and passion, green for health and growth, and white for purity and happiness.

"As an interim expert in turnarounds, it is always gratifying to witness the 'beauty' (market opportunities) that can be found in flaws."

Norbert Gregor

THE SIX•11-METHOD

"Just as KINTSUGI fills the cracks with gold, SIX•11 INTERIM leverages the diversity of global cultures in internationalization to enrich and strengthen a company's strengths." (Norbert Gregor)

This quote illustrates how the principles of Kintsugi can be metaphorically applied to internationalization by viewing the differences and challenges in various markets as valuable opportunities that make the company stronger and more valuable overall.

OUR MISSION

In the transformation of corporate structures, it is not only about restoring broken parts to a whole but also about creating new value between the fractures!
